These Terms of Use apply to all digital products, templates, guides, frameworks, assessments, and AI-powered tools offered by Velocity Drive (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the terms below.

1. Digital Product Licence

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or internal business use only.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense our products.

  • Upload our templates or tools to public libraries or online platforms.

  • Claim our materials as your own intellectual property.

You may:

  • Use templates and tools inside your own business.

  • Adapt them for internal operational use.

  • Download and store copies for your own organisation.

2. AI-Powered Tools

Our AI-enabled checklists, assessments, or automations:

  • Are provided “as-is” for guidance and efficiency support only.

  • Should not be relied on as legal, compliance, or professional advice.

  • Produce outputs that depend on user input and may not always be accurate.

You are responsible for validating any AI-generated insights before actioning them.

3. No Legal or Compliance Guarantee

While our tools are built using best-practice frameworks (including ISO-aligned structures), we do not guarantee:

  • Certification outcomes,

  • Legal compliance,

  • Accuracy of AI or automated outputs.

Use of our products is at your own discretion.

4. Refunds

Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, templates, frameworks, and AI tools remain the exclusive intellectual property of Velocity Drive.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership.

6. Account Responsibility

If you create an account or access portal-based tools, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • Ensuring your account is not used for unauthorised sharing.

7. Website and Tool Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of our website or product offerings at any time.
We are not liable for downtime or interruptions beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocity Drive is not liable for:

  • Losses arising from reliance on AI tool outputs,

  • Business or operational decisions made using our materials,

  • Data loss, indirect damages, or consequential damages.

Your use of our products signifies your acceptance of this limitation.
